A. 100% refund, 30 days prior to the event.
B. 100% Refund in Natural Calamities.
C. 80% refund, 15-29 days prior to the event.
D. 60% refund, less than 15 days prior to the event.
E. No refund, once the event starts.

MCVK was founded by Mr. Ajay Kumar Dayma for Universal Humane Education. MCVK has been working for ‘Unified Society, Unified System’ since 2008. At MCVK you will discover a holistic view of Living a Complete Life. You will witness a Living Model of how humans can live friction-free with other fellow human beings and how humans can live sustainably without exploiting nature. MCVK lives with holistic solutions to all global problems (e.g. social, mental, emotional, economic and systemic). These solutions are comprehensive, logical, feasible, and replicable for the entire world. MCVK is fulfilling the innate desire of every human being to live happily with prosperity in family and society. Please apply online with your scheduled travel dates for visiting MCVK. Upon receipt of your request, we will schedule an online call to discuss in detail MCVK and the purpose of your visit. Based on the call, your request to visit MCVK will be accepted.
During your stay at MCVK, we invite you to get involved in our family. We expect your involvement in the core activities of MCVK i.e. education, sustainable production, humane exchange, and service. You can choose the activities as per your interest and comfort. We encourage you to enthusiastically participate in various festive activities at MCVK, engage in meaningful conversation with family members, make friends, and have fun.
To make your visit meaningful and comfortable, one of the family members of MCVK will be your Companion during your entire stay period. Your Companion will be your first point of contact, nevertheless, feel free to have conversations with all the family members. If you've any issues, no matter how small, don't hesitate to share them with your Companion, we’ll try our best to find the way out.
All guests are required to pay for boarding & lodging charges. You will have to bear the travel cost on your own.

General Guidelines
ACCOMMODATION
We have accommodation facilities with essential amenities i.e. bed, linen, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. based on visitor’s needs. We do not have Wi-Fi on the campus, however, you can get good Internet connectivity using standard Internet data cards / dongles in the premises. If you wish to prepone/ extend your stay, make sure to let us know in advance. So, we can prepare accordingly.
CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
Visitors are responsible for the cleanliness of their residence & toilets during their stay. Make sure to keep the place clean. We don't have any servants. We do not have any laundry facilities for guests. Collect waste and sanitary napkins/diapers only in the bag provided to you. Do not throw them here and there or put them in the toilet. We're trying hard to get plastic-free and to stay as pollution free as possible. Your support is expected for the same is expected while your stay. Keep your visit as green as possible.
FOOD
We have a common kitchen at MCVK. We prepare simple yet nutritional vegetarian Indian
food. We do not encourage packed food from outside the premises.
MEDICAL FACILITIES
Those needing special medication should bring their own medicines as per their personal doctor’s prescription. People having serious medical issues should avoid the visit.
SAFETY AND SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
Your safety and well-being is our concern. Always take someone from our family along with you when you go to the cowshed and fields, as there are many things that should be taken care of while going there. While every care will be taken to ensure safety, MCVK cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness, and such other unforeseen events. The visitor is solely responsible for the safety of his/her body while performing various activities/tasks at MCVK. Visitors are advised not to bring valuables, jewellery and extra cash, they shall be responsible for taking care of their valuables and belongings. Try to avoid wearing sleeveless shirts, short skirts or shorts, low-cut tops, etc because these are not common in rural villages. Hugging, touching, or flirting in public is not a normal Indian culture. Use of obscene language is prohibited.
DISCIPLINE
MCVK is an alcohol-free, smoking-free, tobacco-free campus. Use of drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited. Defaulters will be sent back at their own risk and cost in addition liable for legal action.
PETS
No pets are allowed on the MCVK premises.
